MR WATT'S RESIGNATION.
Received June 19, 11.56 a.m. LONDON, June 18. Broadly speaking, Mr Watt charges Mr Hughes with submitting: counter-proposals in regard to wool direct to the Imperial Oovornment, thereby making Mr JVatt's position as a negotiator impassible.—(A. and N.Z. cable).
