THE SUPREME COUNCIL.
TO MEET AT BOULOGNE.
Received June 19, 9.10 a.m. PARIS, June 18.
The Supreme Council will moot at Boulogne as a preliminary to the Spa Conference. Its scope will be wider than usual as Italian, Belgian and Japanese representatives Have been summoned to attend. The Couiicil will discuss the total reparation required from Germany and the mariner in which it is to be paid. Probably, it will also discuss* Russian trade relations—(A. and N.Z. cable).
