LONDON, Juno 11.1 In tlio Kent lawn tennis championships at ikf kciiliam, in the semi-finals, Shimidzu boat F. Ix)\ve 6—o, 6—2, and Kingscote beat A. Lowe 6—3, 2—6, 6—l. Kingscote defeated Fisher 6—3, 4—6, 6—2. In tlio semL-finals of the doubles Roper Barrett and Lycott beat Shimidzu and R. White 6—l, 6—l.—(A. and N.Z. cable). LONDON, Juno 12. In tlio final, Kingscote beat Shimidzu 7—5, 3 —2, and Shimidzu retired. ,A thunderstorm delayed the match and interfered with play during- the first set. In the ladies' final Mist Ryan is leading from Mrs McNair 4—3. It has bfen decided to finish tho match at th» Eastbourne tournament.—(A. and N.Z. cable).
