A meeting of tho Imperial Ex-Services Association was held at Australia House tiiis afternoon,.Major-General Sir Frederick Maurice presiding. It unanimously resolved itself in favour of an amalgamation with the Officers’ Association ami of supporting in every way the scheme outlined at the meeting at Mansion House on January 31. Lord Haig, in a speech, said ho had at heart one great organisation to obtain employment for ex-service men of all ranks in the Empire. He emphasised that they did not want charity, but the opportunity 1o work with tho prospect of a happy future (cheers).
