PALMERSTON OPENS WELL. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Dec. 18. Tho cricket match for tho Heathcote shield between Auckland Grammar School and the Palmerston North High School began this morning. A light rain fell soon after play started. Palmerston is batting first on" a good wicket.
