Accounts amounting to £1929 Is lid were passed for payment. m The engineer reported:—Wirokino riding: The principal work in tho riding was metalling, and he suggested tarring be done in the vicinity of the Whirokino bridge as metal was 16s* per load. Tokomaru : Metalling was just about finished, while, he proposed to asphalt the Shannon bridge as won as- possible. The grader had been doing good work.
