MEETING OF BOARD OF

GOVERNORS

The monthly meeting of the Palmerston North High School Board of Governors was held last night, Mr T., R. Hodder presiding. There were also present Messrs E. L. Broad, W„. F. Durward O. Monrad and W T. Penny. - Treasury advice received stated that the capitation and subsidies had been remitted as follows:—High School capitation £250, reserves revenue, September 9, £232 19s 6d, Technical School copitation November £IOO and December £IOO, subsidy on voluntary contributions for 1918, £l42'6s. A notification was received from the Education Department to the effect that Mr 0.-Monrad had been re-appointed a member of the Board of Governors. It was notified that grants of £25 16s lid for apparatus and £4l 18s for material liod been approved.
