The New York Times' Washington correspondent states it is understood that approximately 3000 Chinese have been driven from Mexico to Guatemala, The Chinese Government has appealed to the State Department, which is considering a suggestion that a, Government vessel transport them to China. Their expulsion front Mexico is the result of a popular campaign against Asiatic labour. i
