The complimentary Trotting Mooting tendered by Hie combined Christchurch Trotting Clubs to Viscount Jellicoe, officers and men of JJ.M.S, Now Zealand, was held at Addington to-day in beautiful weather, the only drawback being a rather keen breeze. Aft r the New Zealand Handicap, Lady Jellicoe decorated the winner with a blue ribbon and presented the trophy presented by the Mayor, Dr Thacker, to J. Jardon, owner of the winner. The totalizator handled £58.216 during the afternoon. Captain Don, (lying one of the aeroplanes lent by the British Government, performed stunts over the course, to the delight of the crowd.
