CLOTHING TRADE AWARD.
(Fib Pbebs Abbooution.) WELLINGTON, May 3. A full settlement, wan reached to-day at the conference between employers and the clothintr trade- workers. The hours of work were reduced from 45 to 44. per -week. Journeywomcn's wages were increased to £1 15s per week, and journeymen s to £3 13s 4d and £3 17s. Increases were also granted to apprentices. The agreement is fo bo mado into an award to cover the Dominion, and will como into operation on May 12th.
