The. charges arose out of the recent case in which William Parkor was sentenced 1 , for circularising seditious leaflets. . f Del endant was fined £o m on each oJ the tliree charges, the Magistrate saying that tin view of thve circumstance of the leaflel s being printed at Craig s works witkoiut his knowledge, he would be prepared to remit pert of the fine if the matter was referred back to him by the Minister for Justice.
