ENTERTAINMENTS.

“MONEY MAD.” There is a very eerie atmosphere in the Gokhvyn drama, “Money Mad,” in which Mac Marsh plqys the star part, with the assistance of expensive gowns and jewels galore. She also indulges in some very effective mysticism. It is now showing at the Palace with a set of good supports. To-morrow night a mixed programme of vaudeville and pictures will bo submitted. Some of the vaudeville items engaged have been most highly spoken of in other towns.

TO-MORROW-VAUDEVILLE.

A mixed programme of vaudeville and pictures will be presented for tho next three nights at the Palace. Tho principal picture is a Select drama, starring that delightful actress, Constance Talmadge, and is entitled “Mrs Lcffongwell’s Boots.” Tho book was a wonderful seller, and the picture is said to bo quite as good as tho book. Tho theme is scandal, and is excellently done by comic and a good cast. Murfay.no,' a xylophone player of tho highest order, is considered by competent critics to be the quickest artist in his own line on the vaudeville stage, and lie manages to combine harmony and melody with Ids speed. Fred Mills will appear as a society entertainer; and Wendy .Dale and Alphonse as a duo of musical sketch artists with an extensive repertoire and a magnificent wardrobe. These three acts should bo well received and tho management complimented on its enterprise.

KOSY. “THE PAINTED LILY.” Tho dance of the bead-skirted sirens is one of the many notable features of tho dazzling story of fast life which is told in the Triangle feature film, “Tho Painted Lily,” now showing at tho_ Kosy, with Alma Ruben's as tho loading figure. It is a really gripping story with some tense moments and thrilling scenes. “'Hie Fatal Ring” ends this week with a most dramatic linale, in which Oriental magic has a big part. Tom and Pearl are left to plan their future happiness. A box 5-reel drama is also showing.
