Tho downfall of tho Hungarian Soviet Government is expected as the result of tho desertion of 30,000 Szelor troops to Roumania and the now Czeoho-Slovak movement. Received April 23, 9.20 a.in. LONDON, April 22.
Roumanian troops are said to have caused the overthrow of the Bolakun Government at Budapest.
