Tlio Chicago Daily News’ Berlin correspondent states that ho has read letters from tho ex-Kaiser to Dr of the Berlin University, wherein tho Kaiser says tha.t tho Freemasons started tho war. The Americans intended withdrawing their forces from tho west front in January, 1919, because of their terrible losses. If tho armistice had not been arranged tho German armies would have been victorious. The Social-Democrats were responsible for tho demoralisation of the Gorman army.
