Received February 22, 1.30 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 21. In the House, of Lords, Lord Curzpn declared that the Bolsheviks were trying to dispose of the Provincial Governments on.i by one, and wanted to release northern forces for service against General Denekin. Viscount Peel, replying for the War Office,' said the recent retirement on the Archangel front was carried out with the smallest losses, and the, enemy suffered severely. There was no immediate anxieiy with regard to the safety of the. forces, although if the Bolsheviks persisted, reinforcements might, be necessary. Our troops hud suffered comparatively little from sickness, and there were few cases of frostbite owing to ihe co-operation of Sir F. Shackelton's training of the troops.
