Auatralian-New Zealand Cable Association. PARIS, Feb. 18. It i 3 stated that -Mr Lloyd George has urged President Wilson to assume t anclatory responsibility over the Samoan Islands. President Wilson did not commit himself. He may suggest to Congress that the United States assume the mandatory.
