They have a range oi 3000 miles, carrying eight, or ten torpedo tubes, and guns big enough to match anything except Dreadnoughts or battle cruisers. The part they have played in defeating Germany cannot yet bo disclosed, but they proved one of the most valuable arms of the navy.
