The t’ohanginn Countv Council appealed on in half of J’ereival Webster Lamb, county clerk (Mr limes), Henry William Stuart, chairman of I ciliangina County Cmneil, .staled that they were not applying for lo'iu| exemption, _ but for an extension of time. Appellant did all the clerical work of the Council, and they wenendeavouring to obtain a man to take by place, but so far had had only one application. Fleven of the Council's^ employees had enlist-xl, and tin’s was the hr si appeal that, had been made . ,

MaeKetizie Heifers, fanner, Halcomb:*, a married man with two children, slated that Ida farm consisted of 105 acres and earned a herd of 20 cows and other mixed stool,.
