WEATHER REPORT.
The Government Meteorologist (Mr D. C. Bates) telegraphed at noon today: The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but easterly moderate to strong prevailing. The weather will probably be cold and changeable. Tho night will probably bo very cold, with frosts inland. Barometer little movement.
