POLISH GROUP WITHDRAWS ITS' SUPPORT. Received February 14. 10.35 a.m. ZURICH, Feb. 13. The Berliner Tageblatt's Vienna correspondent states that the Polish group has withdrawn its support from (he Austrian Government, owing to Polish interests being rocriliccd to the Ukraine.
