A SAD FATALITY.

(Per Press Association.) TAI|MAR.UNUI, Dec. 5. A fatal accident occurred last evening on the Upper Ohura road, Ongaruo. Miss Ethel Price had driven to the railway station in a gin; with her sister, Mrs Alex. .Marsh, and the hirer's infant daughter. Mrs Marsh was (.n her way to Taumarunui Hospital lor an operation. \X\w\ Miss Price and ilio infant were returning, the horse shied at a papa slip and the gig rolled down a bank 45 fi'el deep. The infant was killed, and Miss Price badly injured and was removed by the- night express to Taumarunui. The inquest to-day on the child was adjourned to get the evidence of Miss Price.
