* Palmerston breeders met with considerjihlo success. Tin; eutlit;- were good mid the compelition .strong. Anion"' the Pal: mersfon competitors Mr J. t arrtan secured four firsts and four specials, and Mr -I. j White four seconds in rough-coated tomes, Mr J. Prentice eight seconds anti four thirds in fox terriers, Mr (A Aitchison live fusts and the New Zealand dmnipionslnp with “Moeraki Sensation’’ in cocker -span-j i,.is Ml- J. McAvilluc annexing three finis, j and Mr .1. 11. Andrews one first, and two , second in the same classes. In setters Mr i W. T. Hall was awarded a first and third for his entries, and Mr 11. J. Yt oodlield two thirds.
