OPENED TODAY. The Wanganui Agricultural and Pastoral Association's Show opened to-day with very satisfactory entries of horses, sheep and cattle; the fat stock classes in particular eliciting splendid competition. In the needlework section, Mrs R. I>. Knight gained first for men's hand-knitted socks. IxK-al primary school pupils were success; ful in their competitions.
