BULGARIA TO ATTACK GENERAL SARRAiL. SALONIKA AS THE REWARD. Received October 18, 10.40 a.m. AMSTERDAM, Oct. 17. An article from a well-informed source, published in the Wcser Zeitung, indicates that one of the objects of the Kaiser's visit to Sofia was to induce Bulgaria to attack General Sarrail, with Salonika as tho promised reward, if successful. The article states that Greece is expected to shortly declare war against Bulgaria, whereupon tho latter will bring 800,000 troops against General Sarrail'a forces, leaving 200,000 in tho Dobrudja.
