MEETINGS AND ENTERTAINMENTS.
Miss Christie, national lecturer for the Theosophieal Society, will give, a public lecture oh Sunday evening. A grand euchre party and dance, in. aid of the Soldiers' Memorial Church is announced to be held this evening at tho Empire Hall. A send-olf social will be tendered Private lloiga Voss at the Tiakilahuna Hall tonight. To-morrow evening; at Rnngiotu, a farowell soeial will be given to Privates J. Lucas and S. McOullom. .A special meeting of the Track Riders' Aisociation is called for to-night, at tho Opera House supper rooms, at 8 o'clock. i i *
