CLOTHING FOR THE BELGIANS.
The Belief Work Committee of the \V.( .T.U. 'have to thank tho following for gifts of clothing for tho Belgians:— Mesctametf Maiison, Piper, Ritchie, Mcllardv, Bruce. McKenaic (Carnarvon), Kendall - Bah* Cur'rio (Bunnythorpe), Usniar, J. P. ■ Loary. A. Mills, Crabbe. A Fri-i'-iui Tfokomarii), and the Misses MeCullbugh (2)', K. Oram. Kv. in- and Ycvely Mdtcnaie (Carnarvon). The committee would like to make special mention of tho latter, who is a little girl inglit years old. Shu saver] up her pennies, bought material and made garments of it to fit girls her own age. The committee desire also to thank the following for eases-.—Messrs J. Wallace, Watson Bros.. Garner and Garner. Ross and' Co., Cbllinson and Cu'rininghame, and It. I.\ Edwards. One case lias already been sent, and there arc enough garments left to half fill another. The public! would be doing a kindness by donating additional new or clean cast; oif clothing or pieces "of material required' by those looking after the destitute Belgian mothers and-children.
