The retiring directors are M-essrs John Print and (.!. M. Kanson, who offer themselves for re-elec-tion. During the year we sustained the loss of Mr M. Pcdcrscn, who had been a director for five years, tie was always a regular attendant at Board meetings, and always willing to place his service-: at tho disposal of the Hoard for llie good of the Company. Mr J. B. Llobertson having left the district resigned his position on the board. He had been a member., sine the incorporation ol the company, 'hid chairman for nine years.
