ME C. U. BRILL'S SALE,
Attention L drawn, to the sale of firstclass dairy stock to lio held on Wednesday next; at Linton, by Abraham and Williams, Ltd., on account of Mr o.' 11. Brill. 'I Ije herd is considered oho of the best in the district, and calving dates will bo supplied with each animal. The auctioneers have inspected the cows and recommend them as all being in excellent condition. A large list of implements will also be offered, and the sale will be without reserve of any kind.
AUCTION SALES
Harry Palmer and Co, advertise detail* of Mr C, Bryant's sale, Which they will conduct on the farm. Heimoghaii’s line, Stony Greek, on Tuesday next, commencing at noon. The lines to ho offered include 20 cows, Jersey-cross, 1 cow in full profit, heifer calves. Jersey bull calf, steer calf, cattle-dog. pigs, horses, gig and harness, ■farm implements, milk cans, cream t separators! fowls, duoks and other sundries too numerous to mention. Light luncheon will be provided. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., announce a sale of stock, implements, etc., to bo held at noon to-morrow, at Raumai, on behalf of Mr L, Webby. Ibe stock list includes ewes, lambs, rams, cons, heifers, stivers, wcaners, Shorthorn bull and horses. A spring cart, buggy, harness,-wool-press, separator, plough, tools, furniture and ’sundries will also bo offered, and luncheon will be provided at The sale.. To-morrow at 11 a.in. Harry Palmer and Co. will commence their regular week-end sale, when they will offer Canterbury and local potatoes, onions, wheat, oats, maize, pigs, purebred poultry, horses, _ harness, dogs. cart. a. quantity of rimu 18ft 9x2, and a consignment of hosiery, Ihe Timetable for the sale appears in the firms announcement on page 8. The Empire Auctioneering Company announce ■ thiit at 1.30 to-morrow they will offer purebred silver Wyandotte hens, about 100 head of mixed poultry. Pekin ducks, and several cockerels, etc. In their announcement they also* call attention to special entries <-f white rod; pullets - and cockerels, to be sold cn behalf of Mr Reid, of Masterton. At 2 o’clock they will submit sidecars, motor cycles, harness,_ produce, and VO go tables, and at 2.30 furniture, including a piano, sowing machines, bicycles, prams, etc. See page 3.
