A Bill will be introduced this afternoon by tlie Government with the object of preventing the exploitation of the public iu regard to the duty on kerosene, petrol, and other oils. The probable effect of the Bill will be that all oils r old since the passing of the now tariff n solutions will have to pay duty, whether in lore at the limp, of passing of the resolutions or n< t. The Bill will be treated ,?< a matter of urgency, and be probably parsed through all stages to-day.
