EREERENCE BY THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. Mr J. M. Johnston drow tho attention of t.he Chamber of Commerce at its meet ing la«i evening to ;i part of the Railway Construction Bill, which has recently beci passtd by Parliament, and contains, inter alia, the following particulars of a new lino of railway to be constructed: Foxton New Plymouth : A branch lint from the authorised lino between Greaiforc' and Kakariki to gravel deposits in or ad jacent, to the Rangitikei river bed.
