GERMAN VANDALISM REPEATED AT TERMONDE. SOLDIERS RUSH ABOUT IN DRUNKEN FRENZY.

Over a hundred buildings were destroyed by the artillery or burned, including the Town Hall, Museum, and Palace of Justice. Only on one occasion did they behave in a civilised manne-. When the hospital was blaring they carried out the patients and placed them in safety. The soldiery pillaged the wine oellars and rushed about in a drunken frenzy, killing women, children and old men, and robbing those whom they spared. HAGUE, Sept. 8.
