KING'S PRIZE WINNER.
AN EXCITING FINISH AT BISLEY

At Bialey there wu heavy ram and variable winds off the butta in the marksmen's faces, which sometimes strengthened to a gale. Sergt. Dewar, of the Royal Scots, won the King's prize with a score of 509, after a tie with Fulton. In the shoot off Dewer made 3—5—2, and Fulton 6—o—4. Dewar went to the 1000 yards with 254, and Fulton, who was 267, finally required a bull to win. There was a great crowd, and tense silenoe when an inner was signalled. Macalister (Australia), made 304. He shot with very nne judgment. Seven Australians qualified for the third stage of the King's Prize.
