SEQUEL TO WHANGAMARINO SMASH. (PlB PRIBB Asbocutioh.) AUCKLAND. June 23. The charge of manslaughter made against Win. Donaldson, porjtor in charge of the \\ hangamarino station on the date of the Main Trunk railway smash, was heard at the Police Court to-day. The evidence given was almost identical to that given at the inquest concerning the victims of the di«aetcr. Donaldson pleaded not guiltv, and reserved his defence. He was committed to the Supreme Court for trial.
