ANNUAL CONGRESS. (Pir Pbisb Association.) WELLINGTON, June 24. The twenty-eighth annual meeting of the New Zealand Alliance and Dominion Congross began in Wellington to-day. The Mayor welcomed tho dele-rates, who numbered 180 from all parts of the Dominion. At the Congress breakfast, Rev. W. J. Connie, chairman of tho Executive, said tin Alliance embraced all parties, so far a; ]x>litics wa» concerned; it embraced all creede, so far as religion was concerned; and it embraced all coloure and nation alitics..
