NATIVE LAND COURT.
CONCLUSION OF SITTING. The Native Land Court which has been sitting in Palmerston North for the past week has concluded its business here and now pro< oeds to Otaki to deal with a number of cases there. The following is a list of the cases disposed of during the sitting:— Succession orders in favour of the next of kin were granted in respect of: Hamiora Whanganui in Ngawhakaraua No. 1 B block; Moko Hikitanga in Ngawhakaraua No. 1 C; Ngapoka Kerehoma in Manawatu—Kukutauaki 7D, 2D, ■Sec. 57E; Peti Parekahurangi in Te Kuta. Waowaototara, and Heruotureia blocks; Tapita Mereti in Sandon, Sec. 1.53; Tiaria Hone Ten in Himatangi No. 1; Teito Nerehana in Puketotora No. 40 and Puketotara No. 2(\ Letters of administration with will annexed were granted to the two devices, Wanihi Nuku and Tatiana, in tospect of the estate of Ruera te Nuku, deceased. This case was contested by some of the relatives of deceased. Mr Cooper acted for tbe applicants. Aorangi No. 1, Sec. 8G and Taonui— Ahuaturanga No. IF, Sec. 1, blocks, were partitioned. Mr H. P. Parata, the Judge's associate, acted as interpreter.
