PANAMA EXPOSITION.
A. AND P. ASSOCIATION'S DELEGATES TO CENTRAL COMMITTEE. At the meeting of the A. and P. Association committee this morning. Messrs J. M. Johnston, W. McKenzie and Major Dunk were appointed to represent the Association on the central committee which is acting conjointly with tho Government in raising an exhibit from New Zealand for the Panama Exhibition.
The president (Mr Mcßae) also reported on the recent meeting held to consider the matter, and also mentioned that the appointment of a secretary had been held over. The finance committee had consid-. ered the last, matter, and recommended that the speaker be authorised to spend up to £5 as a contribution towards the salary of a secretary. The recommendation was adopted.
