SUFFRAGETTES UPSET LABOUR MEETING.
WOMEN FIGHT WITH FRENZIED VIOLENCE. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association.) LONDON. March 5. Mr Ramsay Macdonald was addressing the Labour party in the Memorial Hall when suffragettes took charge of the meeting for an hour. They called Mr Macdonald a traitor, and there were many free fights before 'they were ejected. The women fought with tioiv/ied violence-. Chairs were hurled and sticks used, while glass doors and windows were smashed.
