TROUBLE SPREADING IN EPIRUS. (By Electric Telegraph—Copybig9T.) (Peb Pbess Association.) ATHENS, March 3. The Grook Governor of Horytza handed over the town to the Albanian Government. Twelve hundred insurgents at Sarliquaranta have declared their autonomy. They have occupied and are dominating a portion of Yasta. Fifteen hundred rebels inside Delvino and 2500 outside have notified that they will not recognise the Hellenic officials' authority.
