DRUIDS
The Druids held their quarterly meeting last night, A.I). Bro. S. H. Todd presiding over a large attendance. Two new members were initiated and three candidates proposed for initiation. An invitation was received 'to attend the -opening ceremony of the new Lodge at Tokomani "on December 3. _ It was decided to accept the invi|ation; a largo number of members, announcing their intention of attending. rhe following nominations for office fsr the new term were received:—Arch Druid. Bro. W. H. Skinner; Vice Arch, Bros. A. Ward, W. R. Kells, S. Franklin and E. Hampton ; secretary, Bro. Chas. S. Rush; treasurer, Bros. Thos. E. Mitchell, J. Ellis and F. Harriman ; minute secretary, Bros. H. Gallichan, A. Lvall and W. Robb: Arch Druid Bards, Bros. E. D. Evans. W. Hollier, W. Foley. F. Hill* and F. Pycroft, junr. ; Inside Guardian, Bros. W. Foley, H. Worrall, A. Ward. G. A. Gardiner, W. R. Kells, W. Hollier, E. D. Evans, E. Hampton and F.. Pycroft, junr. ; Vice Arch Druid Bards. Bros. G. A. Gardiner, 11. Bird, F. Hiil, E. i). Evans, E. District President, No. 11 District. Bros. F. Pycroft and R. W. Beadnall. The election takes place next Lodg;e night, and the installation will be held at a public function in Feilding on December 19. Twenty-seven nominations wore received for the cribbage tournament, which will commence next month. A vote of sympathy was paf«sevd to the widow and family of the late, Bro. H. J. Gilbert, P.G.P. After transacting the usual business the Lodge was closed.
