TOUCH) is hereby given that the Rongotea Town Hoard will, at the next ordinary meeting of the Board, to be held at the Clerk's office, in Mersey street, Rongotea, on MONDAY, 13th October, 1013, at 8 p.m., make and levy under the provisions of Section 35 of "The Town Board's Act, 1008." and "The Rating Act, 1008," a general rato of three-halfpence in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property within the Rongotea Town District, for the period commencing on the Ist April, 1913, and ending on the 31st March, 1014, such rate to become duo and payable in one sum at the Board's office, Rongotea, on the 21st October, 1013.
Notice is also hereby given that the annually recurring special rate mode for providing the interest and sinking fund on loan for electric lighting, will be payable in one sum at the office aforesaid on the 21st October, 1913, such rate for the period above-mention-ed to be one farthing in the £ on the capital value. Notice is hereby also given that a uniform feerof £'l for sanitation purposes for the year commencing Ist April, 1913, and ending 31st March, 1914, will, under section 7 of "The Town Roards Amendment Act, 1908 (No. 2), bf* made and charged for each house served in the said Town District, and will be payable at the office aforesaid on the- '2lst October, The Rate Book, containing particulars of the above rate and sanitation fee, is now ready and open for inspection at the ofhee of the clerk, in Mersey street, Rongotea.
