BRITISH COUNCIL'S DECISION. (By Elbctric Teleqbaph—Copybight.) (Pre Puss Association.) Received September 6. 8.20 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 5. The British Olympic Committee decided that the Hugh Macintosh proposal to include the Dominions ifi the funds and scojkof the Olympic team was impracticable inasmuch the International Committee had decided that the Dominions should compete separately.
