BERLIN, Sept. 5. Wagner, a teacher, became insane at Muhlhauscn. Ho ignited several houses, and when tho people were rushing out he shot and killed eight and wounded ten before being overpowered. His pursuers nearly killed him. Before going to Muhlhauscn Wagner fatally stabbed his wife and four children.
