The Montenegrin delegate was not in- ' terviewed. Some of the delegates are incensed at what they call Sir Edward Grey's brutal plainness. Several newspapers are complimentary of Sir Edward's ultimatum. Sir Edward Grey intimated to the Balkan delegates that it wa6 useless for those who were not prepared to sign the peace treaty to remain in England. ATHENS, May 28. Three Greek officers and fifty-six privates were killed, and three officers and 134 woundod at Panghion.
