TWO MORE PRISONERS ESCAPE.

FROM TERRACE GAOL. OLD AND HABITUAL CRIMINALS. A message to the "Standard" from Wellington this morning states that two prisoner escaped from Terrace Gaol last night. They were both serving sentences on serious charges. Their names were:— Patrick Donovan, sentenced recently to throe years' imprisonment for aasault and robbery at Wellington. John Lewis, who has twice been declared an habitual criminal. Lewis escaped from the Terrace Gaol seven or eight months ago and was recaptured near Makara. He was then declared an habitual criminal for the second time. The two men got out of the gaol last night, and at the latest report this afternoon were Mill at large.
