SALE OF PEDIGREE JERSEYS. On July 2nd, Messrs Dalgety and Co., will hold an important clearing sale >f pedigree Jerseys, on behalf of Mr J. B. Wale, of Woodville, who is giving up lairying. The quality of this herd is wellcnown, as consisting of one of the best .trains of imported Jersey cattle, and the luetioneers confidently recommend anyone desirous of improving their herd to attend iho sale. Fuller particulars will be advertised at a later date. IMPORTANT DAIRY SALE. The attention of those in search of firstclass dairy cows is especially directed to a clearing sale awhich will be held on account ;>f Mr W. G. A. Wilks, on Monday next, the 31st inst., at his homestead, Nikau Grange, near Aehhurst. The cows are all young and chiefly Jersey ind Holstein crofa, and the herd is without Joubt one of the best in the district. Intending buyers are requested to note that the hour and date of sale is 12.30 o'clock, Mondey next, the 31st inst. AUCTION SALES. The M.A.C. publish details on page 8 of their great unreserved clearing sale at Mrs Hamlin's 10-roomed residence, No. 76, Cuba street, next door to Messrs Morris and Watt's, on Tuesday next, commencing at 1 p.m. The house is furnished throughout with really good, useful furniture, and as the vendor is leaving Palmerston, she has instructed Mr Munro to effect an absolute clearance to the highest bidder. This sale will afford buyers an excellent opportunity of replenishing their hqmes with first-class stuff absolutely at their own price. On Tuesday of next week Mounsoy and Co. will sell Mrs Graham's household furniture and effects at her residence. Main street East. The list of articles are advertised with this issue.
On Wednesday of next week Mounsey and Co. sell the whole of Mrs Hopwood's household furniture and effects contained in lier dwelling, No. 83, Ferguson street West, commencing at 1 p.m. Full particulars of the various items are advertised on page 8. On Saturday next Mounsey and Co. will ell without reserve the well known buildings ;ised by Messrs Wilton, Sim, Broad, and Meatyard as offices, being well built and in excellent repair.
