Fowler, Yoss. J. K. Hornblow. G. Kendall. J. H. and C apt. Hewitt. An apology was received from Mr G. J. Wilson, the chairman. CORRESPONDENT E.
Correspondence was dealt with as fol lows:
From Dr. Clieseon. with list of practising medical men for revision.
From L. G. West, asking where men's cottage. Awapuni, was to be placed.—Reported as attended to.
From Treasury, stating that £1542 12s 6d Imd been paid to the credit of the Board. From Secretary. Picton Hospital Board, asking if any charge was made for young babie>. infants with their mothers.—Reported as replied to.
From secretary, Public Trust Oflice. Wellington. stating that he had 111 hand £3 5s which he was prepared to pay to the Board 011 production of receipt that the money jiad l»een paid for funeral expenses for late J. Hood. Left with sccroiarv.
From secretary. Auckland' Hospital informing that Sydney Pri*k had Urn admita'd that institution.—Left with secretary. From \\ E. Moore (solicitor) with reference to the Johnson bequest, stating- that the law allowed one year from date of death before legates were allowed interest on their 1* quests. —Left with the secretary. I' rom \\esley Woolhouse, offering to effect repairs to the piano for £5 ss. Also with statement of amount collected at Fo*ton beacii.—Reported as dealt with.
