Holman, AttorneyGeneral, has decided to allow the application for an injunction in connection with Government House to proceed. Tho information, as amended, now alleges that the land in question is reserved definitely as a residence of the State Governor. A curious position this has created inasmuch as if the informants win the result will apparently exclude Lord Denman, the GovernorGeneral, and his successors definitely from the use of this residence, and it will be tho Government's duty to instnl the State Governor there.
