RESCUE HOME OPENED.
(Pik Pbesh Abhooiation.) WELLINGTON, May 5. The Wellington Diocesan authorities' have opened a boys' .rcscuo home at Lower Hutt. The building consists of six rooms, with nearly an acre of land attached, and has beon leased, with right of purchase. There,is accommodation for eight boys. At present the homo has only one juvenile in-' mate. The,official, opening ceremony took place .-.on 'Saturday afternoon in tli'c presence of a fairly" large assembly. Among those presont 'were Bishop Spr'ott, Archdeacons Fancourt and Harper, and the Vicars of all.city and suburban parishes.
