HOOLEY AGAIN. (By Electric Telkgbaph—Coivbigsit.) Per Press Association.) . 'Deceived July 4; 9.30 a.m. ■ LONDON,: July 3. The executors of G. Parker sued Horatio Bottomley for £20,000 in: connection with a judgment obtained m November, 1905. The Court- ordered an account be taken and Bottomley to* pay accordingly. Bottomley also submitted to a judgment for £17,250 in another caso. ~ E. T. Hobley was associated With Bottomley in both actions.
