Master, a. retired civil servant) received £50,000 damages 'from Horatio Bottomley, a well-known politician, for selling worthless shares, The evidence showed that Master met Bottomley 'through tho latter writing that he wished to help thoso who had lost money in previous Bottomley Companies, Master lost £90,000 .in share dealings with Hooley and Bottomley in connection with investment in tho John Bull news, paper, fho Investment, Trust Agency, '.Garter's Deed Leads and other companies. Practically all tho shaves were worthless, Hoolev was'also compromised in the Curtiss action. Bottomley did not go into tho witness box, Plaintiff's counsel stated that Bottomley sucked the poor old,, deaf, and infirm man dry in fivo months. Hooky and Bottomley were conspirators together, and shared tho plunder. Carry a .box of Zymole Trokoys in your pocket.
